Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Timepiece
Carefully place the watch in its original presentation box, ensuring all warranty cards, manuals, and protective films are included.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your shipping carton.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or your replacement watch will be shipped within 3-5 business days.
